Note from Sundara...I always forget that you can actually plant and grow sweet peas that come in colors that aren't this basic pink. I'm sure they are lovely, but I have a fondness for these pretties that grow wild. They've started blooming everywhere around here and so I had to dye my yearly sweet pea inspired yarn. This year I went with two separate sock colors so I could really punch up the green and pink. I am really hoping some of you do some sort of fair isle sock. So much so, that I came up with suggestions.
"Diamond Duality" by Liz Harris is amazing. Second option I love is "Wild Angelica" by Runningyarn. These are floral, so it would be keeping with the floral color theme. I admit I can't figure out how much yardage of each color you'd need for these patterns. The Ravelry pages aren't clear, so maybe buy the pattern before you buy the yarn so you know for sure? Or go through other people's projects to see what they used. I would think you'd be fine with 1 skein of each, but you never know. Finally, if you aren't up for stranded knitting, which you know, I get, the "Broken Seed Stitch" socks by Hanna Levaneniemi work great for two colors of sock yarn.
"Wildflowers" will not be dyed again. Two batches of each color available. Yarn will ship when my yarn labels arrive, which should be sometime in the next week.
